You enter the cottage through a utility room, perfect for coats, wellies and muddy boots! This leads to an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge. The lounge features a stone fireplace with mantle and log burner. A hallway leads to the ground floor bedroom (twin or super king) and a separate shower/bathroom room. A second hallway and stairs lead to the second-floor landing, the master bedroom (king size bed) with a second bathroom featuring a slipper bath. Outside, the cottage has a gravelled seating area at the front and parking for two cars. The enclosed walled garden is accessed from the utility room with two further patio areas with French tables and chairs.
