Absolutely not, and I'd encourage you to come and try it all in an environment where you can truly tune into yourself and switch off from the rest of the world. Nothing beats your first time....

Who can I come with?
Come solo, and book an individual or shared room (all shared rooms will be gender specific) and enjoy mingling with like-minded people. The connections made on retreats always feel incredibly purposeful.
Bring a buddy, partner or parent and enjoy having that comfort of someone to turn to during the retreat. Enjoy a private room or cottage, depending on what suits your needs.
Can I bring my dog? - Yes, if you're booking a private cottage. We charge £40 for a cleaning fee.
Can I pay in stages?
Absolutely, it's not a problem. Pay a deposit of £250 to reserve a slot, and we can discuss a payment plan that suits your situation.
